Overall it was lovely BUT The room 1025 had a very musty smell: every time we opened the door to go inside the room the musty smell was very strong which we got used to after 30 min. We tried to air the room but it made no difference! We stayed two nights. When we got home and opened the suitcase the musty smell came out of our suitcase as the clothes must have adsorbed the musty smell. This is slightly concerning....not sure what this be but we are going to have to wash all our clothes now. Second very minor remark: the gym was surprisingly great BUT all yoga mats were flaking material. The blue flaky blue material stained my gym clothes which fortunately came off though. It might be worth getting 5 new yoga mats to replace the unusable ones with!? The best I would say was the breakfast with loooads of fresh fruit. The lady with short blonde hair in the breakfast place offered my boyfriend on Saturday 1march even a decaff coffee when he mentioned he would like one. Thanks so much for a pleasant stay all over. Many greetings to the lovely team!!

We booked a double room for two nights for my birthday. One of the front desk staff, Gigi, was outwardly supportive in empowering women and offered an upgrade to the room. We were delighted. On the second night, Gigi and the management team also arranged entrance to the executive lounge and free breakfast as an additional surprise. They also surprised me with a balloon, bottles of Prosecco, chocolates, and a handwritten card for my birthday. This was so lovely and unforgettable. There was a reason we returned to Delta Hotels, and we will probably not choose to stay elsewhere after this treatment!

Stayed with my son for a weekend in Bristol and thought the hotel was great. The location is very good (especially if you like shopping, as it’s right beside Cabot Mall, but there are lots of restaurants too which were more our thing than the shops). Very nice reception and public areas. The staff were very nice (Jamie especially on check-in). We were upgraded, which was very much appreciated and we were allowed to check in early. The room itself was very comfortable and the bed was one of the best I’ve had on hotels. The gym was also in the top 3 I’ve ever been in as regards hotel gyms!

Jeff

The new room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. (I did have to change rooms as my tv didn’t work) but the positive was the staff member dealt with it quickly and I was moved to a new room on the same floor. Thank you. Another staff member gave me two bottles of water as I left (when I asked about it) as the new room they hadn’t had ready to put the water in I guess. After moving rooms, I was very pleased and I had a pleasant stay. All in all I’d stay again if need be.

Hotel looks great from the outside. Location perfect for town shopping in Cabot circus and we actually got the bus from outside upto Bristol University and walked back as it wasn’t that far (and was downhill). The room was great. Staff great. Bar manager brilliant and chatty. Food prices in bar also good. Breakfast had everything you could want and was plentiful. Parking very easy, NCP right next door. You can pay be card or app.
